Under-construction projects give me serious anxiety these days, so I'm only looking at ready-to-move options. Unitech Unihomes 2 Noida Extension mein dekh raha hoon, price range 22-60L ke aas paas hai. On paper, it looks decent, but living there daily, kaisa experience hai? Like, genuinely, is it a good home ya bas dikhawe ka hai? My parents keep saying location matters the most. Near the project, schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Aur local markets ka kya scene hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I consider it seriously. Koi existing resident hai yahan? Your honest opinion will help a lot!
