VRSA The Ultima Heights makes more sense than Om Centrum Heights I. Why risk under-construction delays? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, and honestly, possession delays are a headache. Is the slightly lower price of Om Centrum Heights I worth that risk? Ready to move mein peace of mind toh hai na? Disagree? Tell me why.
I'm based in Dubai and trying to invest in Noida, but can't do a site inspection myself. UCHDL Trucia looks good, but it's pricier. VRSA The Ultima Heights is cheaper and ready to move, which is a plus. Need to find a property manager either way. Is the higher price of Trucia worth it for potentially better ROI? Or should I go with Ultima Heights and start earning rental income sooner? What does the community think?

60 lakh vs 80 lakh...is Eldeco Swagatam worth the extra cash over VRSA The Ultima Heights? Need at least a 3BHK, and my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Has anyone compared the actual carpet area? Brochure mein toh sab sahi dikhata hai. VRSA is ready to move, which is a plus, but Eldeco ka builder reputation kaisa hai?
