₹20 lakh ka difference hai, honestly I'm confused. Indiabulls Enigma is ready to move, which is a big plus, but the price is high. My parents keep saying ready to move is safer. Brickland Harit Heights toh sasta hai, but I'm worried about carpet area efficiency. Heard some people complain about less usable space despite the sqft. My budget is tight, so total cost matters. I'm thinking long-term, which has better resale value after 5 years? Not sure about the maintenance charges either. Is it worth paying extra for Indiabulls Enigma's amenities or should I save money with Brickland? Need some advice, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
