Hey guys, I'm looking at Max Estate 128 II and NDA Jagriti Apartment in Noida. Both are upcoming projects, so can't really compare possession timelines yet. What do you think about the location of Max Estate 128 II in Sector 128? Is it well-connected? Kya kisi ko pata hai NDA Jagriti Apartment kahan par hai exactly? Location-wise, which one seems better for connectivity to the metro? Also, any thoughts on the potential ROI of these projects? Max Estate vs. Lotus Greens - which one is worth it?

₹14 crore for Lotus Greens Isle seems insane. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site visit myself. The carpet area better be huge for that price! Max Estate 128 II is upcoming, so possession is a gamble. But Lotus Greens is ready to move. Anyone know how the maintenance charges compare?
