Ansal Rainbow vs Swaraj Homes: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying my first property in Noida. I've shortlisted Ansal Rainbow and Swaraj Homes Vasant Apartments. Ansal is ready to move, which is a plus, but Swaraj Homes looks a bit nicer, maybe? What do you think about the resale value potential for both? Which one would be better for investment, like in 5 years? My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer, but Swaraj Homes seems to have better amenities. Also, does anyone know about the actual carpet area efficiency in Ansal Rainbow? Heard some builders cheat on that. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar, I'm so confused!

SKA Orion vs Swaraj Homes: Which is better?

Guys, I'm so confused! SKA Orion looks fancy, but that price! Is it REALLY worth almost double Swaraj Homes? I'm a first-time buyer, so I don't know much. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer. SKA Orion is under construction, right? Also, is the carpet area in Orion as good as they claim? Rudra Buildwell: Brochure promises versus reality bites hard.

Honestly not sure about Rudra Buildwell. Vasant Apartments seems safer. Rudra's OC is delayed, and that’s a huge risk for me. Kids have moved out. Need elevator access ASAP.
