Ajnara Homes, Sector 120. Just moved in. Maintenance charges are so high, but clubhouse is mostly unused. Pool band, gym equipment kharab. Is this normal for new societies? What did you do?
Okay I'll say what no one says. Just got possession of my 2BHK at Ajnara Homes a few months back. Brochure mein toh sab world-class lagta hai, right? But the actual amenities delivered? Half-baked. That 'premium' clubhouse is barely used, sports facilities are just okay. Builders promise the moon for higher pricing, but real life mein, it's a letdown. Is this really worth the premium? ROI pe fark padta hai for sure. Disagree? Change my mind.
2 months into my Ajnara Homes flat, I'm already seeing small cracks near the windows and some dampness in one bathroom. Possession was in March, and honestly, the finish quality isn't what was shown during site visits. Fittings feel cheap, too. Is this normal for new projects in Noida? We're paying ₹7800 in maintenance, but the service response for these issues feels really slow. Wondering if others have faced similar construction quality issues or if I'm just unlucky? Should I push harder with the management?
Ajnara Homes — Noida Extension mein property dekh raha tha, completed project hai. Mera pehla ghar hai, so honestly thoda nervous hoon. Paper pe toh sab sahi lagta hai but actual mein wahan rehna kaisa hai? Especially jo amenities bolte hain, like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool... kitne functional hain aur maintain kaise hote hain? Kids ke liye play area wahan sahi hai ya bas naam ka hai? School aur grocery markets kitne paas hain? Daily commute for office, if someone works near Sector 18 ya CP, kaisa rehta hai? Also, maintenance charges kitne padte hain monthly? Sunne mein kaafi high hain. Any current residents here who can share their experience?
Builder promises for amenities are often just marketing fluff, honestly. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing 3BHKs, even Ajnara Homes. But I'm worried about promised vs delivered amenities. Is the clubhouse actually used, or green areas just concrete? Anyone face construction issues or high maintenance for unused facilities there?
Ajnara Homes, Noida Extension. Investment ke liye dekh raha hoon. Resale market kitni liquid hai yahan? Exit strategy pe views chahiye, capital appreciation kaisa raha since launch?
Been looking for 8 months now. Ajnara Homes mein hidden charges ne mera ROI forecast hila diya. Maintenance cost itna high hai ki rental yield ka calculation bigaad gaya. Resale market mein liquidity ka kya haal hai?
Ajnara Homes mein living experience kaisa hai genuinely? I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Brochure mein toh sab acha lagta hai but real residents ka kya experience hai with daily life? Amenities kitne functional hain, especially the gym or pool? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Any tips for someone considering moving in?
Is Ajnara Homes really as good to live in daily as the brochures make it seem? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 121 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. The price for a completed project is tempting, but is the actual livability worth the premium? Already have a home loan going, so the jump needs to be justified. What's the community vibe like? Is it friendly or more isolated? Also, how are the amenities holding up – like the gym or kids' play areas? Are they actually useful or just for show? And what about schools and markets nearby? Trying to figure out if it's genuinely a good home or just looks good on paper. Any residents here with real experiences?
