I work in real estate but buying for myself in Noida is a headache. I'm looking at Antriksh India Grand View and Nitya Azaad Residency. Grand View is pricey, 2-5 Cr, but OC toh mil gaya hai na? Azaad Residency is way cheaper, but carpet area kitna hoga? I know builders don't tell you everything. Has anyone lived in either? Which one has better maintenance charges? I'm thinking resale value bhi Grand View ka zyada hoga, sahi hai kya? Should I even bother with under-construction projects anymore? Is the peace of mind worth the extra cost? Honestly not sure which way to go. Kya kisi ko pata hai which has better parking situation?
Based in Dubai, looking at Noida property. Antriksh India Grand View looks tempting, ready to move, but the price is high. Nitya Azaad Residency is cheaper, but what about the rental potential? Is the carpet area worth the difference? Honestly not sure which way to go. What does the community think?
Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Antriksh Grand View is ready, but that price! Shree Shyam Villas is cheaper, but under construction. Is the risk worth it for the price difference? Plus, Grand View mein maintenance charges kitne hai? Anyone living there?
Okay I'll be honest - I'm based in Dubai and can't visit Noida easily. Thinking of investing in Nitya Azaad Residency vs Antriksh India Grand View. Nitya looks cheaper upfront, but kya kisi ko pata hai about hidden costs? PLC charges wagera? Antriksh is obviously more expensive, but carpet area efficiency kitni hai? Also, resale value mein kaunsa better rahega after 5 years? Need a property manager, so rental potential matters. Should I just stick with a builder with a good track record?
Finally fed up of renting. Godrej Arden ka PLC is crazy high, almost 15% extra! Antriksh Grand View is ready, but resale mein kitna milega? Which is better, guys?
Grand View mein carpet area sahi lag raha hai, but YEIDA plots ka appreciation potential zyada suna hai. Honestly, not sure which one to pick for long-term gains. Any thoughts?
I'm based in Dubai. Antriksh Grand View mein 2-5Cr? Too much, right? Plots in YEIDA seem cheaper upfront. But OC milne mein kitna time lagega? Can't visit myself, so builder trust is HUGE. Which has better rental potential, honestly? Need someone to manage it all. Investment ke liye kaunsa sahi hai?
Ansal Carnation Garden is cheaper, but Antriksh Grand View's carpet area seems way better. OC mil gaya hai, so no risk. Grand View's resale value bhi achi hogi, I think. Thoughts?
I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Antriksh India Grand View looks good, but it's almost double the price of Anchal Silver Oak Tower! Is the price jump worth it? Carpet area mein kitna difference hoga? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Anyone has experience with Antriksh specifically? Heard mixed reviews about builder trust. Is it too risky to consider Anchal, since it's under construction?
My parents keep saying ready-to-move hi lena chahiye. Matlab, Antriksh India Grand View seems safer than Godrej Majesty jo abhi ban raha hai. But Godrej ka layout better lag raha hai, more open space type. Honestly not sure if paying extra for OC is worth it? Also, Grand View mein maintenance charges kya scene hai? Any ideas which has better resale value in 5 years? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Hope someone can share their experience!
