Aradhaya Dwarka City – I'm seriously questioning the clubhouse facilities here. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, but the premium for amenities feels wasted. The gym equipment is constantly broken, and the pool's often closed for maintenance. Is this normal after possession? What's the point of paying for these if they're barely usable?
Since last year, I'm seriously fed up of renting. Ghaziabad mein finally invest kar raha hoon. Aradhaya Dwarka City dekh raha. But construction quality pe doubt hai. Post-possession snag list issues kitne common hain? Clubhouse facilities kya actual mein use hoti hain? Investor point of view se, iska resale pe kitna impact aata hai?

CCTV coverage proper hai ya bas entry points pe? Visitor management aur guards ki quality kaisi hai, kitni strictness hai? Plus, power backup sirf common areas ke liye hai ya poore flat mein bhi milta hai? Meri society mein toh common area backup hi hai. Curious to know if this is standard across Ghaziabad ya sirf yahaan ka issue hai. Your first-hand experiences would be super helpful!

Aradhaya Dwarka City thoda high-end hai, around 81L, but wahan bhi kya real per sqft rate wohi hai jo batate hain ya fir super area vs carpet area mein confuse karte hain? I'm looking at a 5-year appreciation perspective too. In dono mein se kaunsa project Ghaziabad mein better investment banega for long term? Yaar, yeh hidden costs ka chakkar dimaag kharab kar deta hai.
