Is Ashley Estate Floors 10 ka investment potential Suncity Vatsal Valley se better hai for next 5 years? Both ready hain, so possession risk nahi. But rental income kisme zyada milega Gurugram mein? Also, open spaces aur society vibe kiska better hai for families? Confused hoon between these two.
