My current 2BHK in Sector 57 feels too cramped now, so I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm looking at Aspiration, the ongoing project. The ₹2.91 Cr–₹3.29 Cr price point is a big jump for me. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or does it just look good on paper? For those who've taken possession, what was the actual experience like? Any hidden issues after moving in? What about noise levels and air quality? Is the premium justified for a real home, or just a fancy address?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for Aspiration Mohali. Price ₹2.91 Cr. Amenities jaise clubhouse, gym, pool, woh actually useful hain kya? Ya society ka vibe kaisa hai? Living experience share karo please.

Aspiration — finally moved into my 3BHK here a couple of months back. Builder ne jo brochures dikhaye the green areas ke liye, woh toh bilkul alag hain. Matlab, just kuch small patches hain, not actual open space for kids to play freely. It feels so cramped, not like the spacious feel they promised. Security bhi, they talked about full CCTV coverage and a robust visitor management system. But honestly, guards toh bus gate pe dikhte hain, andar kaafi loose lagta hai. Visitor management system bhi kabhi chalta hai, kabhi nahi. Is this normal in Gurugram societies? Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain, but service mein yeh compromise kaisa? Am I expecting too much, ya sab societies ka yahi haal hai? Any tips on what to push for with the RWA?
Parking allocation in Gurugram projects is a real headache, isn't it? I'm looking at Aspiration, aur they're promising one covered parking per unit. But I'm hearing stories of lottery systems or extra charges for a second car later. Is it truly reserved and fair, ya phir just another builder promise?
