₹35k rent every month for years has me fed up. Finally looking at Duggal Housing Complex, prices ₹28-55L. It's completed, so that's a plus. But as an end-user, is it genuinely good for daily living ya sirf paper pe acha hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Gym, park, pool sab hai but are they maintained, actually useful? Aur maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly? Not sure if EMI plus these costs will be manageable. Any residents here? Please share your real experience.
Based in Dubai, I'm looking at Duggal Housing (ready) versus DDA Meera. For rental potential, is Duggal's completed status better, or does DDA Meera offer more future appreciation?
Honestly, I'm trying to figure out the true investment potential for Duggal Housing Complex. I've been tracking the New Delhi market for a while, and this completed project caught my eye, especially with its price range of ₹28L-₹55L. My main concern is the actual capital appreciation. Has anyone seen good price movement since its launch? Matlab, kya iski value badhi hai significantly over time? And for rental yield, what's the ground reality? Brokers give fancy numbers, but what can one actually expect per month for a 1BHK or 2BHK? Also, the resale market. Is it liquid enough? I'm looking for a calculated risk, but exit strategy is key. Any insights from current owners ya investors would be super helpful.
8 years of renting, 10 rent hikes, ab bas! I'm eyeing Duggal Housing Complex, price range ₹28L-₹55L seems okay. Everyone glorifies its location, but nobody talks about actual daily living. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain? Is it genuinely a good home ya bas investment hype? Change my mind.
Visited both Duggal Housing Complex and Chadha Luxurious Home last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in South Delhi and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa. The price difference is huge, naturally. Chadha looks great on paper with all the amenities, but are they actually useful or just for show? And what about the total cost of ownership including maintenance and everything? Duggal is more budget-friendly. For a family moving in, which one makes more sense for long-term living? Is the premium for Chadha justified, or is Duggal a smarter move overall?
Duggal Housing Complex ka actual living experience brochure se kaafi different laga. Just moved in last month. Flat layout theek hai for the price, but nearby schools ka access aur quality abhi tak clear nahi. Community vibe kaisi hai yahaan? Anyone else living here, what's your first-hand take on daily convenience?
