But as an end-user, is it genuinely good for daily living ya sirf paper pe acha hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Gym, park, pool sab hai but are they maintained, actually useful? Aur maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly? Not sure if EMI plus these costs will be manageable. Any residents here? Please share your real experience.
