Commonwealth Games Village, Commonwealth Games Village, New Delhi
Did a site visit to Emaar Commonwealth Games Village last Saturday and honestly, I'm a bit conflicted. We're a family of four, kids are growing up fast, so a 3BHK is a must. My wife's main priority is a safe neighbourhood and good schools nearby for their admission, you know? The complex looks great on paper, amenities bhi kaafi hain. But I'm wondering, is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas facade hai? Kids ke liye play areas kitne safe hain? And nearby schools ki actual quality kaisi hai? I'm also worried about the noise levels being so centrally located. Community vibe bhi matter karti hai, friendly hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? What was the actual project delivery experience like for early buyers? Did you face any major issues after moving in? Any hidden costs that popped up later?
Emaar Commonwealth Games Village – been eyeing this for an upgrade from my current 2BHK in Dwarka. What's the *real* price per sqft you end up paying for Emaar after all the PLC, club charges, and maintenance? My last purchase was a nightmare with hidden costs, honestly. Also considering Jai Bharat Apartment as a more direct ready-to-move option. Is the total cost of ownership for Emaar CGV justified, or is Jai Bharat a smarter bet for resale in say, 5 years? Trying to avoid another headache with unexpected expenses.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved, but Emaar CGV ke floor plan pe phasa hua hoon. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different; suddenly, marketing spin se farak padta hai. ₹8.30-8.78 Cr is a big deal, and I'm looking at their 3BHKs. Super area vs carpet area games toh pata hain, but actual livability mein kitna difference aata hai? I'm worried about the layout efficiency – rooms feel smaller than they look on paper sometimes, right? Also, daily life wahan kaisa hai? Noise levels, air quality around Akshardham area, is it manageable? Aur andar ki society vibe, family ke liye sahi hai ya isolated feel hota hai? Any residents here, please share your honest, off-the-record opinions. What did you discover after moving in jo brochure mein nahi tha?
Commonwealth Games Village — keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for our next home. We're a family of four, need a bigger 3BHK now, kids' school admission is a huge factor. My wife's priority is safety and a good community feel. Is Emaar CGV genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? What's the actual amenity quality like? Are the facilities well-maintained, or just for show? How about the neighborhood? Are there good schools nearby for the kids, and decent markets? And maintenance charges... what are residents really paying monthly? It's a big flat, so I'm guessing it's high. Also, noise levels, air quality? Is it actually peaceful for families? Honestly not sure if it's worth the ₹8.30 Cr. Any current residents or anyone who's lived there, please share your experience.
Months I've been eyeing Emaar Commonwealth Games Village for a 3BHK upgrade. ₹8.5 Cr mein capital appreciation aur rental yield kaisa hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai for this price point? Need solid ROI.
Has anyone checked out the Emaar Commonwealth Games Village video? Showing a 4BHK there. Looks nice, but I'm concerned about the possession timelines. Video mein toh kuch nahi bataya specific date. Emaar ka track record Delhi NCR mein kaisa hai? Are they usually on time, ya delays hote hain? I'm planning to invest, but thoda darr lag raha hai. Any experience with Emaar projects and their actual delivery dates? Mujhe pata chahiye.
Guys, dekha kya? Found this old video talking about the Emaar CWG Village issue back in the day. Government freezing their accounts and all. Does anyone know if all that's sorted now? I'm looking to buy property in Delhi, and the prices there seem good, but thoda dar lag raha hai after seeing this. What's your take?
Hey guys, kisi ne yeh Commonwealth Games Village wala Emaar ka project dekha hai? Found this old video. It's from like 2010. Wondering if anyone invested back then and what their experience has been? ROI kaisa raha? Any insights on Emaar's construction quality there?
