Emaar Palm Gardens in Sector 83 caught my eye. Just watched a video walkthrough of a 1900 sqft, 3BHK + Study unit on the 9th floor. The pool/club view and south-facing sunlight looked amazing. It's listed at ₹2.70 Cr. I'm seriously considering it. Has anyone here lived there or know more about the society? Is that price fair for a ready-to-move unit? What's the actual experience like living there, good or bad?
Been looking for 6 months for a manageable flat. Emaar Palm Gardens is ready, pricier. Avani Floors upcoming, cheaper. Is the under-construction gamble worth the lower total cost for empty nesters? Ready vs. upcoming advice?
Emaar Palm Gardens mein investment karke thoda regret ho raha hai. Initial projections for capital appreciation were so high, par real market mein aisa kuch dikh nahi raha. Resale ke liye buyers milna mushkil ho raha hai, prices bhi utne move nahi kiye jitna socha tha. Builder ka track record bhi mixed raha hai, which I think is hurting confidence. Kya aap log bhi similar issues face kar rahe ho, ya meri expectations galat hain? What's your take on its resale liquidity?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 62 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Emaar Palm Gardens bhi options mein hai, par confused hoon. Is the price jump worth it for these bigger projects? Builders toh bahut saari amenities dikhate hain — like a huge clubhouse, swimming pool, green areas. But honestly, kitna use hota hai woh sab? Does a fancy clubhouse aur yeh 'sprawling' green spaces actually translate to better resale value ya higher rent for investors? I'm worried about paying a premium for facilities that just become ghost towns after a year. Aur maintenance charges bhi toh bahut high ho jaate hain. What's the real ground reality with these luxury amenities in Gurugram? Are they just for show ya genuine value add? Koi experience share karo please.
Emaar Palm Gardens owners, are the maintenance charges worth it? I'm fed up with renting, but hear clubhouses are often ghost facilities. Are promised amenities truly delivered, or just brochure talk?
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Emaar Palm Gardens seems okay on paper, but I'm just so skeptical about the reality. I work in real estate, so I know what builders promise versus what they actually deliver. Buying for myself, it's different yaar. The brochure mein sab high-end dikhta hai, but is it genuinely used daily or just a ghost facility? I'm talking about the clubhouse and sports amenities especially. Aur woh maintenance charges, woh toh har saal badhte hain. Is the service quality really worth the money, or do we end up paying for basic stuff? Parking allocation bhi tension hai, lottery based toh nahi hai na? What's your honest experience at Emaar Palm Gardens? Would love to know off the record.
₹6000 a month for my 2BHK maintenance, and the gym's always broken. I'm eyeing a 3BHK or villa in Sohna, maybe Emaar Palm Gardens, and I'm trying to learn from others' experiences. I've heard stories about construction quality slipping after a year – cracks, seepage, fittings breaking. My current place has this issue, and I'm trying to figure out how to spot it early. I'm also wondering about the actual value of maintenance charges versus the service received. Is the clubhouse used, or just for show? I feel like checking the *back* of buildings, not just the show flat, and asking about resident committees might be a good hack. Any insights on this, especially for Emaar Palm Gardens? Hope this helps someone.
₹2.5 Cr for Emaar Palm Gardens. I'm in RE, but for my own home, carpet area vs super area matters. What's the *real* usable space? Aur maintenance kitna aata hai monthly? Daily living experience kaisa hai?
Visited Emaar Palm Gardens last week. Considering its completion, I'm assessing capital appreciation and realistic rental yields. What's the current resale market like? Need insights on liquidity and long-term exit strategy.
My possession was in March at Emaar Palm Gardens, and I'm seeing the real picture. Imperial Gardens talks big, but Palm Gardens has way better carpet area. And for the insane maintenance, Palm Gardens actually delivers usable amenities. Change my mind.
