Did a site visit to Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses last Saturday. Project completed hai, looks decent from outside, prices are in that ₹1.25 Cr–₹2.00 Cr range. I'm thinking long-term investment, you know, capital appreciation and maybe some rental yield. But I'm a bit concerned about its RERA status. Is everything clean there? From my experience, RERA compliance is huge for investor confidence and future resale. Koi issue toh nahi hai na? Also, I've heard mix reviews about investor vs. end-user ratio in some Greater Noida projects. Don't want to get into a 'ghost society' situation. For a completed project like this, what's the actual ground reality for occupancy? Is it mostly investors holding units ya families bhi rehti hain? What's your take on its liquidity? Who will buy from me in 5 years? Your thoughts would be helpful.
Moved into Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses just 3 months ago, possession was smooth but the daily living experience at ₹1.5 Cr is... unexpected. Noise levels feel high, especially from nearby construction, and air quality isn't great. Are these issues common here? Wondering if I should've considered other projects. What's your take?
₹1.5 crore for a Tree House unit in Evergreen Mango Orchad — I remember initial pre-launch was much lower. What's the actual CAGR yahan? I'm trying to gauge its capital appreciation potential abhi. Considering current Greater Noida market rates, is the current price per sqft justifiable for an investor? Long-term exit strategy ke liye, will this project continue to see good appreciation?
₹1.5 crore for Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses. Completed project hai. Investor hoon, 2BHK se upgrade karna hai. Iski resale value kaisi hai? Capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain?
₹1.5 Cr for Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses. I'm in real estate, but for my own home, need real talk. Project completed hai. Daily life wahan kaisi hai? Community, neighbourhood schools... real reviews do. Worth it hai kya?
My current 2BHK in Sector 78 feels more spacious than the 3BHK carpet area shown for Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses. I'm looking to upgrade, but ₹1.5 Cr for something that feels smaller is frustrating. I already have a home loan, so this jump needs to be worth it. For those who took possession, did the actual usable space feel efficient? Or are there lots of odd corners and dead space? Honestly, I'm not sure if the price jump is justified for the actual living area.
Sab Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses ko glorify karte hain, par kya yeh actual mein daily living ke liye practical hai? Kids to ab chale gaye, humein manageable flat chahiye. Maintenance charges kaafi high suni hain, are they really worth it? What's the real monthly outgo? Change my mind.
I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses ki amenities ka real picture kya hai? Marketing chhodke, maintenance aur 'tree houses' kitne useful hain?
Did a site visit to Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses last week. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different ballgame. Honestly, everyone talks about the 'unique' concept, but off the record, I'm not seeing the real investor appeal. ₹1.25 Cr to ₹2.00 Cr for a completed project, matlab kitna capital appreciation expect karein from here? Kya ismein ab bhi upside bacha hai? I feel like the initial appreciation already happened. Rental yield bhi kitna milta hoga, realistically? Koi bata sakta hai actual numbers? Resale market mein kitna liquid hai yeh project? I'm worried about getting stuck. Okay, I'll say what no one says: is this just an overhyped niche property with limited resale pool? Change my mind.
I'm seriously looking at a 2 BHK there, around ₹1.4 Cr. It looks good in the brochures, but I'm worried about actual daily living. Is it genuinely a good home, or just looks nice? What about the amenities – are they actually useful and maintained, or just for show? I'm thinking gym and kids' play area specifically. Also, how's the neighborhood for basic needs? Are there decent schools, markets, hospitals nearby? My parents keep saying location is everything, and I'm honestly not sure if this specific area is developed enough for a young family. What's the real daily experience like for residents?
