Security guards ka response time slow lagta hai, aur visitor management system bhi utna smooth nahi hai. Investor perspective se, ye sab cheezein tenant attraction aur long-term ROI pe impact karti hain. Kya yeh charges justified hain, ya just for show hai? Has anyone else faced similar issues here?
