2 years in my current 2BHK, and the lift maintenance has been a nightmare. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, maybe Gitanjali Apartments. But yaar, elevators ka kya scene hai? Does good quality lift and quick service actually add to tenant attraction and resale value? Or is it just another hidden cost in maintenance charges? Is the premium for branded lifts worth it? Honestly, not sure if yeh chhoti cheezein itna matter karti hain for long-term ROI.
Moved into Gitanjali Apartments three months ago. Paid extra for 'premium' amenities, but the clubhouse is rarely used, and the promised swimming pool still isn't fully operational. Does anyone else feel these elaborate amenity promises rarely translate to actual value for investors? Worried about resale if facilities stay underutilized.
Been looking for a compact flat for almost a year now. Kids have moved out so don't need such a big place anymore. Selling our old property, want something manageable near a good hospital. One thing I've learned, especially visiting under-construction sites like Gitanjali Apartments, is ki walls aur plumbing fixtures ko bahut dhyan se check karo. Sales reps will only show you the model flat, but actual construction quality, like uneven plaster ya low-quality pipe fittings, wahi dikhti hai jo abhi ban raha hai. Cracks aur seepage issues toh baad mein headache dete hain. Also, elevator quality aur full flat power backup ka bhi puchhna. Yeh chhoti details bahut important hain, especially for older people. Hope this helps someone else who's downsizing. Any similar tips for identifying red flags during site visits?
Last month I visited Gitanjali Apartments, and honestly, I'm not convinced about the ROI. Everyone glorifies this project, but real rental yield kitna hai? Lagta hai investor ratio zyada hai, end-users kam. Ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi? Capital appreciation bhi kitna milega ab? Change my mind.
I'll be honest, I'm really confused about the 'full power backup' claims at Gitanjali Apartments. As an investor, it's critical for tenant attraction and resale. Is it common areas only, or actual in-flat backup? Also, what's the deal with water supply reliability? Don't want future tenants complaining about tankers. These details kill long-term value, no?
Visited Gitanjali Apartments last week. Kids have moved out, downsizing now. Elevator quality aur maintenance response time ka kya scene hai? Senior citizens ke liye important hai, na. Aksar kharab rehte hain kya?
My last property sale went smoothly, but Gitanjali Apartments ka resale market samajh nahi aa raha. Invested here, but expected ROI bilkul nahi mil raha. Rental yield toh market se kaafi low hai. Resale mein bhi buyer milna mushkil ho raha hai. Kya liquidity issue hai ya price overvalued hai? Others faced this?
Kids moved out 5 years ago, now selling our big house and looking for something manageable. Gitanjali Apartments, New Delhi, looks promising. But I'm wondering, is it genuinely a good place to live daily? Yaar, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kya rehte hain, bilkul low cost chahiye. Aur nearby hospitals kaise hain? Any real experiences?
Property values in Delhi feel like they're hitting new highs, even for older projects. I'm based in Dubai, looking at Gitanjali Apartments for an investment, but can't do site visits easily. My biggest concern is daily operational quality affecting tenant retention and long-term value. Specifically, how reliable is the power backup at Gitanjali? Is it full flat backup or just common areas? Also, what's the water situation like — are we talking frequent tanker dependency, or is the supply robust? Lastly, elevator quality and maintenance response time really impact tenant experience. Do these practical amenities justify the current pricing, or are they often neglected after possession? What's the ground reality?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck. Gitanjali Apartments ki construction quality pe doubt hai. Suna hai possession ke baad cracks, seepage common hain. Investor ke liye yeh snag list headache hai, resale aur maintenance pe asar padega na?
