Maintenance charges toh top-tier hain but service quality kaafi average. Resale value pe in sab ka kitna impact hoga, not sure. Investors ke liye yeh sab matters a lot, right? Disagree? Tell me why.
Researched Himalaya Homes options from Dubai. Many praise new projects, yet few address construction quality issues after 1-2 years. I've heard about seepage and fitting problems post-possession. Does this severely impact resale value, increasing maintenance burdens for investors? Are advertised amenities genuinely maintained or merely sales points? Change my mind.
Gaurs Platinum Towers at 8+ Cr seems insane! Himalaya Homes are way cheaper, almost ready to move. But, carpet area matters a lot, right? Builder ka track record bhi dekhna hai. Which would you pick for a family moving in? Vote!
