Why are Kailash Avenue's maintenance charges so high when the clubhouse is barely used and half the promised amenities aren't even functional? Are others facing this too? Feels like a scam.
My landlord just increased rent again, so I'm finally serious about buying a flat in Ghaziabad. Fed up of renting, honestly. I've been looking at Civil Lines (ongoing, ₹96L+) and Kailash Avenue Residents Welfare Association (completed, ₹50-55L). Civil Lines seems a bit out of budget, but maybe worth it for carpet area efficiency? Kailash Avenue is cheaper, but I wonder if the actual usable space feels cramped after moving in. Also, what about maintenance charges for both? Kailash being older, RWA ka experience kaisa hai? Civil Lines mein, under-construction projects ke hidden costs ka darr hai. Which one do you guys think has better investment potential for 5-year appreciation? I want my hard-earned money to grow, not just pay EMI.
Are the 'all-inclusive' prices for under-construction projects ever actually all-inclusive? I'm looking at Civil Lines, Ghaziabad, and the advertised price is way higher than Kailash Avenue, which is ready. My parents keep saying to go for ready-to-move to avoid hidden costs and builder delays, and honestly, I'm leaning that way. But Civil Lines looks good on paper for future appreciation, maybe? What's the real total cost of ownership there, after all the PLC, stamp duty, and interiors? Also, for Kailash Avenue residents, how's the RWA? Heard some stories about maintenance issues and unexpected charges post-possession. Don't want to get stuck with a bad society vibe after finally buying. Any advice on which one's a better long-term bet for an end-user?
Visited 4 under-construction sites in Ghaziabad. How do you actually spot good construction quality during a site visit? What hidden issues should I look for beyond just finishes? Any red flags?
Just moved into my place at Kailash Avenue last month, and already noticing some things. The power backup situation is a bit of a shock. Builders always promise "full backup," but it’s mostly just common areas. For investors like me, this really affects tenant attraction and future resale. Tenants don't want to live without AC or fridge during outages. Is this standard across Ghaziabad projects? Does anyone actually get full flat backup? Feels like a major deal-breaker for premium pricing. What's your experience?
Okay I'll say what no one says: Ghaziabad's new projects talk big about amenities, but water supply is usually a joke. At Kailash Avenue, it's tanker dependency, not reliable municipal lines. Same with power backup, often just common areas. My parents keep saying it's a basic need. Change my mind.
Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa in Ghaziabad. My main concern for investment is long-term liveability and tenant attraction. Kailash Avenue jaisi societies mein, power backup ka kya scene hai? Matlab, full flat backup milta hai ya bas common areas? Aur water supply kitni reliable hai? Tanker pe depend karna padta hai kya? High-rise mein elevator quality aur maintenance response time bhi important hai. Kya ye sab premium justify karta hai?
Elevator quality check karne ka koi secret tip hai kya Ghaziabad projects mein? Kailash Avenue mein ek friend ne bataya ki lifts frequently अटक जाती हैं. Builder site pe sab smooth dikhate hain, but long-term maintenance ka kya? How do you actually gauge the response time for breakdowns? Yaar, my parents are super worried about this. Should I ask for maintenance records or something during the visit? Honestly, first-time buyer hu, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
Peaceful living is my only goal these days. Kids moved out, so selling our big house. Kailash Avenue dekh raha hu. Is it genuinely good for daily living? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Hospital access convenient hai kya?
Every year the landlord hikes rent, so finally taking the plunge in Ghaziabad. But yaar, water supply ka kya scene hai? Kailash Avenue ke aas paas sunte hain tanker dependency bahut hai. Is it true, ya sirf gossip? Ghar mein rehna hai, har din tanker ka wait kaun karega? What's the actual tank capacity, reliable hai ya nahi?
