MRG Primark mein amenity delivery ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein sab dikhta hai, but possession pe real mein kya milta hai? I work in real estate, buying for myself is different. Clubhouse, green areas, usable hain ya showpiece? Construction quality, cracks, seepage ka issue hai kya after a year? Honest feedback chahiye.
Okay I'll say what no one says... Builder ka track record matters more than anything, especially in Gurugram. I just moved into DS Heights last month, aur parking ki problem toh alag hi level ki hai. Plus, society mein investor ratio kaafi high lagta hai, asli residents kam hain. MRG Primark abhi under-construction hai, but unka past delivery record dekh ke darr lagta hai. Kya lagta hai, will they deliver on time? Aur parking ka kya scene hoga wahan? End-user focus aur builder trust, yeh sabse important hai. Change my mind.
Been eyeing MRG Primark for months now, trying to finally get out of this rent trap. The 32L price point seems appealing for an investor, but I'm really concerned about the actual rental yield. Brokers are giving crazy numbers, but what's the ground reality? Also, since it's under-construction, is the builder reliable for on-time delivery? Don't want my money stuck for years. What's the investor to end-user ratio like there? Anyone bought here, or heard about tenant demand? Any advice would be great.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on MRG Primark. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. The pricing at ₹31-33L looks good for a 1BHK. My main worry is their delivery track record. Are they known for significant delays? What's the real ground reality for project delivery here? Investor confidence needs timely possession, not just promises.
Gurugram search is draining. Renting's done. DS Heights vs MRG Primark. Are Primark's amenities useful? How's DS Heights' metro connectivity? Need real experiences, please.
Project delivery track record is everything for an investor, and MRG Primark has me thinking. I bought into MRG Primark a few months back, hoping for good capital appreciation. Abhi se thoda doubt ho raha hai about the actual resale market for these affordable housing projects. Builder ka delivery schedule thoda iffy lag raha hai. Will buyers even look at it in 3-4 saal? Yaar, ismein koi liquidity issue toh nahi hoga? What's the general sentiment for investors trying to exit MRG Primark later? Any first-hand experiences on their timelines?
Is MRG Primark genuinely livable, or just another brochure dream? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Honestly, for ₹31-33L, I'm trying to figure out if the floor plan is actually efficient or just tiny rooms packed in. What's the real story with noise levels and air quality there, given its location? Everyone talks about the low price, but nobody mentions if it’s actually a comfortable daily home. I need off-the-record opinions on daily convenience and what it *feels* like living there, not just investment chatter. Change my mind if you think it's a hidden gem.
Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm eyeing MRG Primark at ₹32L. What's the real rental yield and capital appreciation potential? Is their delivery track record good for investors?
