Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big home and need something manageable. RG Pleiaddes Greater Noida mein dekha hai. Is it genuinely good for daily living, especially for seniors? Hospitals paas hain kya? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Actual maintenance charges kya hain? Don't want surprises.
Did a site visit to Gaurs 6th Avenue last week, aur RG Pleiaddes ka brochure bhi dekha hai. Ready-to-move mein Gaurs 6th Avenue sahi lag raha, but uska actual price per sqft advertised se kitna upar jaata hai? Matlab, hidden charges toh honge hi. Aur RG Pleiaddes toh abhi upcoming hai, construction quality kaisi hogi, pata nahi. Kya under-construction mein risk lena worth it hai? Amenities bhi dikhate hain brochure mein, but Gaurs mein log bolte hain kaafi cheezein kaam nahi karti. Experienced log batao, should I go for ready or wait for upcoming?
Did a site visit to RG Pleiaddes last weekend, and honestly, the plans looked quite good. I'm looking at it purely from an investment perspective, mera first property investment hai, so thoda nervous hoon. Current prices ₹1.35 Cr se start hain. Pre-launch mein kya rates the? Capital appreciation ka kitna potential dikhta hai yahan long-term mein, say 5-7 years? Builder, RG Group, ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Upcoming project hai, toh delivery delays ka risk kitna hai? Also, Greater Noida mein aise projects ka resale market kitna liquid rehta hai? Matlab, agar 5 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyer mil jayenge easily? Investor ratio vs end-user ratio ka bhi concern hai, ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi? Any advice on this would be super helpful.
Been renting for 7 years now, fed up of paying EMI to someone else. Finally taking the plunge. RG Pleiaddes dekh raha tha Noida mein. Brochure mein toh sab kuch super-premium lag raha hai. But site visit pe construction quality dekh ke thoda doubt hua. Walls mein finish ka issue, fittings loose... Yeh sab common hai kya? Kya builders aise hi hand over karte hain? Kya after possession cracks, seepage jaisi problem aati hai? Aur maintenance charges bhi itne high hote hain, uske against service kaisi milti hai?
Is getting a ready-to-move flat in Noida worth the premium over an upcoming project? Rent se toh sach mein tang aa gaya hoon, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying. GBG Infratech GBG Residency dekha hai, completed hai, ₹20L tak mil jaa raha hai. Carpet area wise, itna bada nahi laga, but possession turant mil jayega. Dusri taraf, RG Pleiaddes upcoming hai, ₹1.4 Cr se shuru. Builder ka track record theek lag raha hai. But upcoming mein delivery ka risk rehta hai na? Aur 5 saal mein kismein better appreciation milega? GBG mein entry low hai, but puraani society hai. RG mein naya project hai, toh future potential zyada hoga? Confused hoon yaar. Kya lagta hai?
₹65k rent every month for 5 years. RG Pleiaddes Noida mein interest hai. Brochure ki amenities aur construction quality post-possession real mein kaisi hai? Clubhouse use hota ya sirf show?
