Did a site visit to Sathi Apartments last weekend. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Is the premium for amenities really justified? Will clubhouses attract good tenants or just mean higher maintenance later? Does construction quality actually affect long-term resale value? Not sure if it's worth the price jump.
Since last year, I've been searching for a 3BHK in Delhi for my kids. Sathi Apartments ka brochure toh sahi lagta hai, but I'm really concerned about the actual construction quality post-possession. Jo finishing issues ya small snags site par dikhte hain, woh theek ho jaate hain kya? Ya fir baad mein cracks aur seepage jaise bade problems aate hain? We need a safe ghar, not constant repairs.
