PKS Town Central is ready to move, which my wife is pushing for. But is it worth the extra cost? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the builder trust factor for SKA? Heard some mixed reviews, honestly not sure. Also, school proximity is important. Has anyone compared the school options near both projects? I'm also thinking about resale value later. Which one would be better for a 5-year appreciation? Any thoughts? I'm leaning towards ready to move, but the price difference is making me think twice. It's a big decision यार!
