Honestly, maintenance charges are higher than I anticipated, makes me wonder about the net ROI. What's the real scene for resale here? Not sure if the capital appreciation will be significant for someone who bought at current market rates. Any investors jo early entry liye the, what's your exit plan for 5 years down the line?
Finally got keys to my 2BHK at Windsor Township Phase 3 last month. Honestly, brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, aur actual jo mila, usme bohot farak hai. Specially amenity quality, lagta hai bas naam ke liye banaye hain. Kids toh settle ho gaye, so we sold our big house, thought a compact flat yahan will be manageable. But ab maintenance charges dekh ke lag raha hai, yeh toh bilkul affordable nahi hai. Aur finishings bhi... Anyone else got possession recently? Kya aapne bhi yeh issues face kiye? What did you do?

Everyone glorifies Prestige Ferns for its premium tag, but nobody talks about the insane total cost of ownership. Matlab, stamp duty, interiors sab add karke itna zyada ho jaata hai. Windsor Township Phase 3, on the other hand, seems to have a much better end-user to investor ratio, which is huge for kids' safety aur community feel. Prestige mein toh I felt like it's mostly investors. For a family upgrading, isn't a strong community more important than just brand name? Change my mind.
