Yeida, Yeida, Noida
Hey Propmyna community, I've been looking into the YEIDA Individual Residential Plots in Greater Noida, and wanted to share my thoughts on its investment potential. First off, the fact that this project is COMPLETED is a major plus for market timing. You're not waiting on development, which reduces risk significantly. With plots ranging from ₹84.45 L to ₹14.07 Cr, and an average price of ₹6540 per square foot, there's a good spectrum for different investment budgets. YEIDA, as the developer, brings a certain level of trust and focus on healthy living, as they've done with their other seven projects. The location in Yeida, Greater Noida, is well-connected. This region is seeing substantial infrastructure growth, including the upcoming Jewar Airport and various industrial corridors. These factors are strong catalysts for capital appreciation. For plots, the potential for land value to increase as surrounding development matures is very real. Considering the Avg Price/Sqft: ₹6540 and the area's growth trajectory, I believe these plots offer solid long-term ROI. For buyers looking to capitalize on the region's expansion without construction delays, now seems like a promising window. It's a strategic entry point for those eyeing significant future value. My verdict: If you're considering a long-term hold in a high-growth corridor, YEIDA plots in Greater Noida present a compelling investment opportunity right now.
Hey everyone, I've been analyzing the YEIDA Individual Residential Plots in Greater Noida. COMPLETED and registered under RERA UPRERAPRJ9318, these 81.92-acre plots, priced ₹84.45 L to ₹14.07 Cr (avg. ₹6540/sqft), were developed by YEIDA, known for sustainable projects. Focusing on post-handover, possession is generally smooth. However, delivery quality of basic infrastructure like internal roads and drainage gets mixed feedback. Some owners report good standards, others note minor issues. Snag list resolution varies. While YEIDA's healthy living vision is clear, responsiveness to quality concerns could be more consistent. Lifestyle-wise, connectivity to Greater Noida is excellent. Still, as a developing area, immediate social infrastructure like markets or schools are evolving, impacting daily livability. These plots offer great custom home potential. Buyers should thoroughly inspect their specific plot, talk to residents, and anticipate amenities maturing gradually. A cautious, informed approach is key for this large project.
I'll be honest, choosing between YEIDA plots and Gardenia Grace is tough for my family. Kids ke school, safety aur end-user ratio kahan better hai? Long-term investment ke liye 5-year appreciation kiska zyaada hoga?
Grand View mein carpet area sahi lag raha hai, but YEIDA plots ka appreciation potential zyada suna hai. Honestly, not sure which one to pick for long-term gains. Any thoughts?
Kids have moved out, so thinking smaller. YEIDA plot dikhta hai promising for appreciation. Ansal Carnation Garden is ready to move. But resale value? What do you all think?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. I'm looking at YEIDA plots in Greater Noida versus Eldeco 7 Peaks. Plots seem tempting, especially the resale ones where OC is already there, but the total cost hits you later: construction, interiors, everything. Eldeco is ready to move, but that PLC and other charges are killer. Is the price jump worth it for the Eldeco amenities? Or should I gamble on building my own thing? Honestly not sure about the carpet area efficiency in Eldeco. Heard some builders inflate that number. Also, plots have better appreciation potential, right? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a factor. Anyone compared these two projects from an investment perspective? What about rental income if I decide to rent it out later? Any thoughts are welcome!
I'm based in Dubai. Antriksh Grand View mein 2-5Cr? Too much, right? Plots in YEIDA seem cheaper upfront. But OC milne mein kitna time lagega? Can't visit myself, so builder trust is HUGE. Which has better rental potential, honestly? Need someone to manage it all. Investment ke liye kaunsa sahi hai?
Anchal Silver Oak's price seems high. YEIDA plots are cheaper, but OC milna is a gamble. Metro connectivity is better with Anchal. Which has better ROI, guys?
Honestly, I'm confused between YEIDA Individual Residential Plots and Ansal Carnation Garden. YEIDA plots are expensive, but land appreciates, right? Ansal is ready to move, which is tempting. But resale value ka kya scene hai? Which one would you pick for, say, 5-year appreciation? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at YEIDA plots in Greater Noida vs Sai Upvan mein flats. Plots ka resale value sahi mein zyada hota hai? Carpet area efficiency wise, flats better hai na? Is it worth the gamble of under-construction vs completed? Honestly not sure what to do.
