Shivi vs AIG in Noida - Which is better, yaar?

I'm looking to upgrade to a bigger flat in Noida, need at least 3BHK. Wife wants a safe society for the kids. I've been checking out Shivi Inexpensive Studio and AIG Aigin Royal. Big price difference, obviously! Has anyone experienced living in either? Is AIG really worth the crores they are asking? Or is Shivi a better option for a family like mine? School proximity bhi matter karta hai, bhai. What's the resale value like for both? Which one has better rental potential? I don't want some ghost society, that's my biggest fear. Mujhe advice chahiye, doston. Which one should I seriously consider? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
