Ready to move vs Jan Ghar: risky gamble?

Kids have moved out; downsizing to something manageable. Aims AMG's ready-to-move flats seem safer than Aadhaar Jan Ghar Yojna. Is it worth the extra cost for peace of mind? Honestly not sure about the long-term resale value in either. Thoughts on maintenance costs?

Ready to move projects in Noida are seriously underrated.

Aims AMG looks like a steal compared to VVIP Addresses. 3.4 Cr for VVIP? Too much, tbh. Aims mein you get OC already. Plus, carpet area efficiency is key. I've heard VVIP mein it's not great. Aims AMG is ready to rent out too. Instant ROI, right? VVIP Addresses mein, kab possession milega, no idea. Am I missing something? What are your thoughts on ready vs under-construction risk in Noida?

Ready to move is always better than under construction, right?

I'm confused between Aims AMG Resi Complex and VVIP Addresses. Aims is ready to move, starting around 45L. VVIP is under construction but bigger, costing crores! Is paying so much extra worth it? My parents keep saying ready to move is safer. What's your take? Any thoughts?

Aims AMG Resi Complex or Gayatri Vatika for family?

Honestly not sure which project is better for my family. Aims AMG is ready to move, but Gayatri Vatika is way cheaper. Is the extra cost for Aims AMG worth it for better amenities and safety? Kids' school is priority.

VVIP Addresses is tempting, but is the price jump worth it compared to Aims AMG? I'm already paying EMIs on my 2BHK. Is location PLC really worth crores more? Honestly not sure.

Ready-to-move ain't always better in Noida, fight me.

Aims AMG looks tempting with ready possession near Noida. But VVIP Addresses is in a different league price-wise. Is the carpet area difference worth crores extra? Honestly not sure. I'm seeing so many discounts on OC properties these days. Also, Aims AMG mein maintenance charges kya hai? Has anyone checked recent resale rates in both? Investment horizon 5 years...which one gives better ROI? Confused!
