Finally bought in Noida, things nobody told me
Okay I'll be honest—Purvanchal Bhagirathi Apartments are expensive AF. Eldeco Edge seems more value for money, especially considering it's ready to move. But is the carpet area worth it? Anyone living in Eldeco Edge, how's the actual usable space? Bhagirathi mein, maintenance charges must be crazy high, right? Change my mind.

Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge, but honestly not sure which way to go. Eldeco Edge is ready to move, but the price is crazy high, 7.73 Cr onwards! Royal Residency is upcoming, cheaper at 59L-75L, but who knows when possession will actually happen? I'm thinking EMI vs rent math, but the risk of delay is scary.
