Completed Jaypee Orchards is better than under-construction Purvanchal Silver Estate
Honestly, I'm not sure why people are still buying under-construction. Jaypee The Orchards is ready to move in. Dekho, Purvanchal Silver Estate looks good on paper, but who knows when possession milega? Plus, carpet area efficiency in Jaypee is better from my experience. I've seen this pattern before; under-construction projects delay hote hai. Everyone glorifies future potential, but nobody talks about the risk. Change my mind. Give me a good reason to invest in Purvanchal now.

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Purvanchal Silver Estate ka layout is damn good, especially compared to older projects like Ajnara The Belvedere. Carpet area seems much better. Is the extra ₹30-40 lakh worth it for the bigger space and better amenities? Also, Purvanchal seems to have a better track record for on-time delivery, right? Anyone else feel like Ajnara projects are a bit risky now? Is it just me?
3C Lotus 300 or Purvanchal Silver Estate? Confused!
Which one to choose, yaar? Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. I'm selling my house and want something manageable. 3C Lotus 300 is ready to move, but it's expensive! Purvanchal Silver Estate is cheaper, but under construction toh dar lagta hai. Is the possession risk worth the savings? Maintenance charges kismein kam hai? Hospital nazdeek hona chahiye.
