Hey guys, I'm confused between First Golden Residency and Resi Homes in Noida. Both are ready to move, which is a plus. But which one offers better value for money? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced any issues with either builder? Also, location wise, which one is better connected? I'm looking for good connectivity to the metro. Resi Homes ka price seems fixed at 45.10L, while First Golden has a range. Which one has a better ROI potential, considering Noida's market? So, I'm looking at Noida options again. Parsvnath Prestige is ready, but the price is almost double Resi Homes! Prestige mein, you get what you see, OC clear hai. Resi Homes is cheaper upfront, but I'm calculating total cost. Stamp duty, registration, interiors...it adds up. Which one has better ROI in 5 years, considering the location? What do you guys think, Prestige for peace of mind or Resi Homes for affordability? Vote!

45 lakh mein Resi Homes? Novel Homes is cheaper, but carpet area kitna hai? Need at least a 3BHK. Kids' school admission is my wife's priority. Safe for the children bhi hona chahiye. Any opinions on which has better amenities and less maintenance charges?
Resi Homes vs Sharanam - Ready to Move Confusion!
Is Great Value Sharanam really worth almost 3x the price of Resi Homes? I'm seeing Resi Homes offering ready-to-move flats for around 45L. Sharanam is starting at 1.11 Cr! Matlab, is the carpet area in Sharanam so much better to justify that difference? Or are you paying purely for the brand name? Honestly, I'm looking at rental potential. Will Sharanam actually get me 3x the rent? I doubt it. Someone told me the maintenance charges are also crazy high there. I know Resi Homes is more basic, but it's OC toh hai na? Change my mind; tell me why Sharanam is *actually* worth it. Anyone living in either society, please give honest reviews.
Resale house sold, now flat hunting in Noida!
Okay I'll be honest — I'm overwhelmed. Kids have moved out and I've sold our big house. Now looking at smaller flats in Noida. Resi Homes is ready to move, which is tempting. But CIA Vijay Laxmi Tower is cheaper. What's the catch? Is the construction quality good, ya koi fraud to nahi hai? Also, hospital proximity is key for me. Which one is closer to a good hospital? Maintenance charges bhi matter karte hain. Any thoughts?
