Supertech 34 Pavilion vs Sai Elite Galaxy - Which one?

Hey guys, I'm confused! Looking at property in Noida. Supertech 34 Pavilion is ready to move, sahi hai. But Sai Elite Galaxy, I've heard mixed reviews. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one is better for investment? I'm thinking 5-year appreciation. Also, carpet area efficiency matters to me. Which one gives more usable space, yaar? Supertech's price is higher, but is it worth it? Has anyone experienced the maintenance charges in Supertech 34 Pavilion? Mujhe advice chahiye. I don't want ghost society risk. What do you think?

Presithum vs 34 Pavilion: Which Noida project is better?

Hey guys, I'm kinda confused. Looking to buy a ready-to-move flat in Noida. I've shortlisted Presidency Presithum and Supertech 34 Pavilion. Anyone has experience with either? What's the real carpet area like, compared to what they advertise? I'm hearing mixed reviews about Supertech, tbh. Presithum looks good, but the price seems a bit high. Supertech 34 Pavilion vs Realtyvision 4th Avenue - Help!

Guys, I'm stuck deciding between Supertech 34 Pavilion and Realtyvision 4th Avenue in Noida. Both are ready to move, sahi hai. But Supertech is way more expensive. Is it REALLY worth the extra crore? What do you think? Has anyone experienced the actual price difference after adding stamp duty, registration etc? Realtyvision looks affordable, but carpet area efficiency is key. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one gives more usable space, yaar? Also, is the maintenance charge justified in Supertech? I'm confused. Which one is better for a family moving in, honestly?
