Visited Aiims Apartment and Amrapali Zodiac. Upgrading from 2BHK. Aiims is pricier. For a 3BHK, is its investment potential over Amrapali Zodiac really worth the premium?
Aiims Apartment — looking at this project for an upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of moving to a 3BHK. This place is around ₹1.22 Cr, which is a decent jump. My main concern is, is it actually good to live in daily, ya bas on paper acha hai? Kaisa hai neighbourhood, like schools aur markets paas mein hain kya? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Friendly log hain ya isolated feel hota hai? Already have a home loan, so this premium needs to be justified. Any actual resident experiences would be super helpful.
₹1.22 Cr for Aiims Apartment feels like a lot, honestly. I work in real estate, so I thought I’d see past the marketing, but buying for myself in Noida Extension is different. I'm looking at it purely as an investment. My main concern is the capital appreciation forecast. What's the real story on how much its price has moved since launch? I'm seeing numbers that don't quite add up. Also, what's the investor ratio versus end-user ratio there? I'm worried about liquidity for resale and long-term rental demand if it's mostly investors. We all know what happens with ghost societies. What are people actually getting for rental yields? And how liquid is the secondary market for Aiims Apartment? Thinking about my exit strategy in 5-7 years, so honest opinions on its long-term potential are super helpful. Should I still consider it, or are there better completed projects for appreciation?
Okay I'll say what no one says – builders over-promise on 'completed' projects just as much as under-construction ones. I'm looking at Aiims Apartment, ₹1.22 Cr ka budget hai. They say it's ready, but how 'ready' is it actually? Matlab, post-possession hassles kitne the? I work in real estate, I know the super area vs carpet area games. But for my own home, I need ground reality. Specifically, Aiims Apartment ka floor plan, is it genuinely efficient for daily living? Yaar, brochures mein sab achha lagta hai, but actual carpet area mein space kitni milti hai? Are the amenities like gym, common areas actually maintained well, or just for show? Noise levels, air quality… yeh sab off the record kya scene hai? Change my mind if you think it’s genuinely a good home.
Aiims Apartment mein ₹1.22 Cr lagana abhi worth it hai kya? Everyone talks about its good location, but kitna capital appreciation expect karein for a completed project? Aur real rental yield kya hai, has anyone actually seen decent numbers? I'm worried about the investor-heavy crowd; ghost society ka risk nahi lagta kya? End-user kitne hain actually? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, isme invest karna sahi move hoga ya nahi. Change my mind.
Aiims Apartment mein actual living experience kaisa hai? Kids ke liye amenities, jaise play area, pool, kitne useful hain? 3BHK ka carpet area family ke liye theek hai kya?
Aiims Apartment, Greater Noida mein I bought for rental income. But yaar, current rental yield toh expectations se kaafi kam hai. Resale market mein bhi liquidity ka issue lag raha, buyers mil hi nahi rahe. Is it just me or is this project's investor ratio too high? Frustrating hai yaar.
Total cost of ownership is often underestimated, I'm finding out now. Just moved into my place last month, and the maintenance charges are way higher than I expected. For Aiims Apartment, the initial price seemed okay, but what about the actual carpet area you get? I'm curious if Gaur Saundaryam buyers feel they got more usable space for their higher price point. Anyone else struggling with hidden costs after moving in?
I'm torn between Aiims Apartment (ready to move) and Stellar Kings Court (upcoming). Location-wise, is one better connected? What do you think about the potential ROI for each? Has anyone experienced delays with Stellar projects? Also, which offers better value for money considering the price difference? Please advise!
Heard Jaypee Kube is good location-wise. Aiims Apartment is ready to move, right? Which one has better amenities? What do you think is a better investment in Noida?
