₹7.66 Cr dekar, Ireo Gurgaon Hills mein just moved in. Possession ke 2 mahine baad pata chala maintenance mein kuch hidden costs hain, brochure mein nahi the. Builder ne bola tha sab included hai, but now asking for extra common area electricity. Yeh toh RERA violation hai na? What did others do?
Kids' school admissions are around the corner, and we really need to finalize our new home soon. We're seriously looking at a 3BHK in Ireo Gurgaon Hills. On paper, layouts look good, but I'm wondering about the actual carpet area efficiency. For those living there, does the space feel genuinely usable for a growing family, yaani kids ke liye enough room hai? My wife is quite particular about storage and if the rooms feel airy. Is the layout practical for daily living, or does it have weird corners that waste space? We saw a few other projects too, but Ireo's location seems good. Also, any input on the society's general vibe? Is it community-oriented and safe for children? Trying to get a real feel beyond the sales pitch.
I'm looking at Ireo Gurgaon Hills, but my wife's worried about the maintenance charges there, especially with kids. Ansal Valley View Estate seems more practical, but does it have enough green space for children to play safely? Also, what's the end-user ratio like in both? Don't want a ghost society for our family.
Ireo Gurgaon Hills – just moved in last month. Everyone glorifies the luxury, but nobody talks about the actual daily living experience. Maintenance is high; services feel average. Change my mind.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Ireo Gurgaon Hills. It's completed and looks good, but I'm thinking long-term. Iska price trend launch se ab tak kaisa raha hai? Aur current pricing ₹7.66 Cr se upar, is it still fair for capital appreciation? Also, rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain? Sunna hai high-end projects mein investor ratio zyada hota hai, ghost society ka risk toh nahi hai na? Resale mein liquidity issues toh nahi aayenge?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to Ireo Gurgaon Hills. Price ₹7.66 Cr toh bahut high lag raha hai. Kya capital appreciation ya rental yield future mein worth it hoga? Investor perspective se kaisa hai?
Kya Ireo Gurgaon Hills mein resale market liquid enough hai for high-value units? I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm looking at long-term ROI. Current prices ₹7.66 Cr se shuru hain, par capital appreciation ka kya scene hai post-completion? Yaar, is it mostly investor-owned, making future exit tough? Need honest opinions on secondary market activity aur actual rental yields, not just marketing numbers. Who will buy these 3BHK+ units from me in 5-7 years, seriously?
Okay I'll say what no one says – Ireo Gurgaon Hills mein parking allocation is a joke. Just moved in last month, and the whole "reserved parking" thing is a mess. Builder ne bola tha allocated slots milenge, but it's pure lottery. Tenant attraction ke liye toh yeh bilkul bekar hai. Investors, does this affect resale value ultimately? Disagree? Tell me why.
Ireo Gurgaon Hills mein elevators ka kya haal hai? Humara bade ghar se nikal kar chote flat mein jaane ka plan hai, toh lift reliability bahut important hai. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high sunne mein aate hain, but service quality kaisi rehti hai? Kids bahar hain, ab bas peaceful life chahiye.
₹2.5 crore for a 3BHK in Ireo Gurgaon Hills feels steep, but the location near my kids' school is a huge plus. My biggest concern isn't just the price, it's the daily reality of living there. I'm hearing stories about parking being a nightmare, even with allocated spots. Is it true that visitor parking often spills into resident spaces, or that double parking is common? And what about water supply? I really don't want to rely on tankers every other day, especially with a family. Are the community's water tanks actually sufficient, or do residents face issues during peak times? My wife's priority is a genuinely safe and usable children's play area too, not just a ticked-off checkbox. Just want to know what the real scene is like.
