Builder delays are seriously testing my patience with Gurugram projects. JMS The Nation ka possession timeline toh bas badhta hi jaa raha hai. Initially bola tha 2025 end, ab lag raha hai 2026 bhi cross ho jayega. My EMI has started, but rental income ka toh door-door tak pata nahi. Is this normal for new projects? Not sure if the price appreciation will cover this extended wait. Any current investors facing the same? What's your exit strategy if delivery keeps getting pushed?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Sohna mein JMS The Nation dekh raha hoon for investment. Builder ka track record check kar raha tha, but site visit pe construction quality kaise judge karein? Kya cheezein dekhni chahiye jab under-construction ho? Cracks ya finishing issues baad mein aate hain, but initial red flags kya hote hain jo resale value affect kar sakte hain? Aur maintenance charges ka kya scene hai, kya woh worth it hoti hain for the services? Yaar, ROI pe impact aata hai na in sab se.
JMS The Nation's site visits feel a bit rushed. Is visible under-construction quality a reliable sign of final finish? I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, worried about long-term issues. What about power backup? Is it full flat or just common areas?
Moving to JMS The Nation Sohna, I'm frustrated. Power backup sirf common areas mein, flat mein zero. Water supply bhi tankers pe depend hai. Is this common for Sohna projects?
The construction quality in Sohna projects is seriously concerning, even for premium ones. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, maybe at JMS The Nation. But jab site visit karta hoon, I see so many issues even before possession – finishings rough hain, walls uneven lagti hain. Is the price jump really justified for this kind of quality? I'm already stretching my budget with another home loan, and I don't want to end up with cracks or seepage after just a year. What are your experiences with construction quality after a year or two in these Sohna projects? Did you face fitting issues or anything major? Does the premium actually mean better quality, ya bas naam ka hai?
Been 3 months since I got possession at JMS The Nation in Sohna. Kids ke liye play area brochure mein toh mast dikha tha, but actual mein itna chhota aur amenities bhi worn out lag rahe hain. Badi societies mein play area sirf ek formality hai kya? Sohna projects mein kya expect karein, honestly not sure. Parents, aapka experience kaisa hai?
Sohna projects, especially places like JMS The Nation... I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. For investors like me, one thing I've learned is to really question the value of those super fancy clubhouses. Builders always push them, saying premium rents milenge. But I've found many become ghost facilities, just adding to maintenance costs for minimal use. Before committing, try visiting the project on a weekday afternoon and a weekend morning. Check if people are actually using the gym, pool, or common areas. Is it really buzzing or just empty? This helps evaluate if the premium for these amenities is justified, yaar. Does anyone else do this? For ROI, it's a critical check.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – Sohna mein investment ka soch raha hu. JMS The Nation mein power backup ko lekar confusion hai. Brochure mein toh full flat backup bolte hain, but actual mein kya scene hai? Sirf common areas ya pura ghar? Water supply ka bhi batao, tanker dependency kitni hai? Ye chhoti cheezein matter karti hain for tenants. Kya experience hai?
Did a site visit to JMS The Nation on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Brochures mein toh bohot kuch dikhaya tha, especially kids' play area aur green spaces. My wife's main priority for a 3BHK upgrade was a safe, usable space for our kids. But jo wahan dikha, it wasn't matching at all. Children's play area bilkul chhota sa, just a few swings, not like the big, lush one in the renders. Aur green areas bhi kaafi limited lag rahe the, not enough open space for kids to run around freely. Honestly, it feels like they just tick off checkboxes, not think about actual usability for families. Kya JMS The Nation mein owners ko bhi aisa hi laga? How much difference was there between what was promised and what you got at possession? Should I be worried about other amenities too? Any advice on how to verify these things before booking? Bohot tension ho rahi hai.
Sohna, specifically JMS The Nation, has me thinking. Just moved in a couple of months back, aur abhi se kuch construction quality issues dikhne lage hain. Small cracks, fitting problems... makes me wonder about resale value later. Does this happen everywhere? Aur ye high maintenance charges in societies, kya woh actual service justify karte hain when basic construction itself is shaky? Investors, what's your take?
