We're thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa, and Model Economic City in Sohna keeps popping up. Honestly, ₹1.2 Cr+ for a decent 3BHK there seems like a big jump from what we have. Is this total cost really justified for daily living, yaani, kya iska price tag actual life ke liye worth it hai? I'm worried it looks good on paper, but the actual community vibe might be isolated. Nearby schools aur hospitals ka kya scene hai? We already have a home loan, so this premium needs to be worth it for genuine family life, not just for investment. Gurgaon mein parking allocation ka scene bada tricky hai. Maine Model Economic City mein dekha, brochure mein reserved bola, but OC ke time lottery system nikla. Mera ek friend bata raha tha ki kuch builders common areas mein bhi parking count karte hain. Isse bachne ka koi pakka tareeka hai kya? Kids have moved out, ab bas easy life chahiye.
