Paras Tierea — fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. EMI vs rent math ab theek lag raha hai. Site visit pe gaya tha, under-construction quality dekh ke thoda confused hoon. Jo walls aur basic fittings abhi dikh rahe hain, kya yeh long-term mein theek rahenge? Resale value pe effect nahi aayega agar cracks ya seepage issues aaye toh? Investors ko kya dekhna chahiye, apart from just brochure pics?
Paras Tierea mein maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Just moved in 3 months ago, aur bill toh high lag raha hai. But service quality utni achhi nahi lag rahi. Lift breakdowns, cleaning issues... Is it just me ya sabko lagta hai ki value for money nahi hai? Kya society management se baat karke kuch change hua hai kabhi? Ya yeh standard hai?
Paras Tierea mein amenities sirf brochure pe ache lagte hain kya? Moved in last month, kitchen fittings already loose, washroom mein minor seepage. Clubhouse bhi mostly empty rehta hai. Maintenance charges poore, par service zero. Everyone glorifies this, but actual usability ka kya? Change my mind.

Greater Noida West mein Paras Tierea ka power backup aur paani supply kaisa hai, off the record? I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I know builders only show common area backup. Full flat backup milta hai ya just for lights? Aur paani ka kya scene hai, tanker aate hain ya reliable hai, daily use ke liye?
