Just got possession of my 3BHK at Tata Arabella in Sohna last month. Builder ka track record toh acha hai, but I'm trying to gauge the real capital appreciation. Pre-launch mein jo rates the, wahan se kitna move kiya hai price? Current market mein kya rate chal raha hai per sqft? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Am I looking at good appreciation in 3-5 years, ya phir flat ho jayega? Honestly not sure about the long-term price trend here.
Been tracking Sohna for two years now, and finally pulled the trigger on Tata Arabella last year. Honestly, as someone who works in real estate, you'd think I'd be immune to builder tactics, but the actual total cost post-possession is just brutal. Brochure mein they show one figure, but then maintenance, society charges, some weird 'upgrade' fees... it all adds up. My projected capital appreciation from the initial price-trend looks good on paper, but yeh sab extra costs are seriously eating into the actual ROI. RERA filings mein bhi these subtle charges sometimes don't get highlighted enough, making it hard to compare apples to apples. Kya sirf main hi hoon jo yeh feel kar raha hai? Is the true value for a completed project like Arabella really justified after all these hidden outgoings? How are others managing their exit strategy with these unexpected costs?
My Power of Attorney setup is almost done, but I'm having second thoughts about Tata Arabella. I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Agent bol raha hai capital appreciation achha hai, but I'm seeing almost zero movement on price since completion. Resale market kitna liquid hai? Koi buyer milta bhi hai kya? Worried about my exit strategy.
Fed up renting since Diwali. Sohna mein Signature Global City 92 Phase 2 aur Tata Arabella dekh raha. Under-construction ka risk kitna hai? Tata Arabella ke floor plans mein space kaisa hai?
Been renting for years, honestly I'm fed up. Considering Tata Arabella, Sohna. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just brochure-perfect? Do the amenities actually get used? Landlord hiked rent, time to buy.
Just moved into my 3BHK at Tata Arabella Sohna a couple of months back. Honestly, build quality achhi hai, Tata hai na. Now I'm thinking about the long-term ROI. What's the real rental yield like here? I'm getting mixed signals. Also, capital appreciation kitna expect karein for a completed project like this? Resale market kitni liquid hai Sohna mein? Koi investor hai yahan jisne already exit kiya ho? Just want to understand the actual potential.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I’m totally stuck between Tata Arabella and Signature Global City 92 Phase 2 in Sohna. Arabella is completed, but the price tag, honestly, feels huge. Signature Global is still ongoing, which makes me nervous about delays and quality. My parents keep saying ready property is always better for peace of mind, but is that true for appreciation? I'm trying to figure out the total cost of ownership. Arabella's higher base price means higher stamp duty and registration, plus interiors. For a 5-year investment horizon, which one do you think has better potential? Is paying a premium for immediate possession in Sohna really worth it, or is the under-construction gamble of Signature Global a smarter play for a first-time buyer like me? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
