Hey everyone, I'm considering buying a property in Noida and I'm confused between Gayatri Vatika and Panchsheel Pratishtha. Vatika is cheaper, around ₹21.95 L - ₹29.95 L, but it's completed. Panchsheel is ready to move. What's your take on the construction quality of Gayatri Vatika? Kya kisi ne experience kiya hai? Also, what about the resale value for both? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? I'm thinking long-term investment, so which one offers better ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye! Panchsheel ka maintenance charges kaise hai?
