Hey guys, I'm confused between Lotus Greens Isle and Mahagun Mantra Villament in Noida. Lotus Greens is ready to move, which is great, but the price is crazy high! Almost 15-20 Cr! Mahagun is much cheaper, around 2-2.5 Cr. What do you think about the construction quality of both? Has anyone experienced any issues with Mahagun's projects before? Also, is the location of Lotus Greens really worth that much more? Is it better connected than Mahagun Mantra? I'm looking for good ROI, so which one would appreciate more in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better overall, considering everything? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

Lotus Greens Isle is quoting crazy money! 14Cr+! Brys Vega Tower is around 30L, ready to move bhi hai. I'm thinking investment, so rental yield matters. Is Isle really worth it for that ROI? Carpet area bhi dekhna padega, utna difference hai kya? Maybe location ka craze hai? Honestly not sure if the premium is justified. Koi batao, should I even bother looking there, or just stick to something more affordable like Brys?

I'm looking at Noida property again. Lotus Greens Isle seems amazing but honestly, is it worth almost ₹20Cr? The carpet area must be massive, but the price per sqft is insane! Alternatively, Capital Ultratechomes Aryavan Residency offers much smaller apartments in comparison. Though it's completed, so no possession risk. Okay I'll be honest - I'm selling my big house now that kids have moved out. Looking at Brys Vega Tower for something manageable. But Lotus Greens Isle? Who are they even targeting? So expensive! Carpet area wise, is it worth it? Maintenance charges kitne honge? Change my mind.
