Mahagun Moderne vs Stellar One: which is better?

Kids have moved out, and selling the big house. Looking at Mahagun Moderne and Stellar One in Noida. Moderne is ready to move, which is a big plus. Don't want construction headaches at this age. But Stellar One looks fancy, and the prices, while higher, seem negotiable. Is the extra cost worth it for the amenities? Heard maintenance in Moderne is quite high too. Anyone have experience with either society's RWA? Which one has a better resale value?

Stellar One vs Godwin Apartments: Which to buy?

Guys, I'm confused between Stellar One in Noida Extension and Advetaya Godwin Apartments. Stellar One ka price range toh kaafi high hai. Is it worth the investment? Godwin Apartments is more affordable, but what about the construction quality? Has anyone experienced any issues with Advetaya Construction? Noida Extension is a trap for older buyers.

Selling our big house, Mahagun Moderne looks good, ready to move. Stellar One is far in Noida Extension. Is OC worth the risk for slightly lower price? Kids have moved out, need hospital nearby.

Stellar One or Antriksh Aralis? Antriksh is ready, right? I'm fed up of renting. Has anyone compared carpet area in both? Also, which one has better resale value, koi idea hai?
