Amenities dikhne mein toh bade impressive hain, but daily use mein kitne useful hain, woh samajh nahi aa raha. Is the clubhouse actually good? Kids ke liye parks hain, but community events ya interaction kam lag raha hai. Bahar markets ya schools kitne paas hain? Any first-hand experience on actual amenity quality and livability? Is it genuinely a good home, ya just good on paper?
Fed up of renting, County looks good. Ready-to-move projects often hide costs. What's the *real* maintenance and unexpected charges after possession? Did anyone face surprises here?

Did a site visit to County last weekend and honestly, it's tough figuring out actual quality during construction. My tip: always check for exposed plumbing and wiring routes, not just the finished show flat. Also, ask about the brand of cement and steel used. Don't just trust the plaster, you know? Builders charge a premium, but actual usage aur tenant attraction for these facilities is often low, affecting ROI. Maintenance badhta hai, par resale value justify nahi karti.
