S R Sukhavas Residences is on my shortlist for a 3BHK, but I'm really concerned about security. The brochure shows all these CCTVs and visitor management systems. For families with kids, that's crucial. My wife's priority is a safe environment for our children. Does the security actually work well in practice? Are the guards diligent, or is it more for show? Is it safe for kids to play in common areas without constant supervision? I need real-world opinions on this.
Did a site visit to S R Sukhavas Residences last Saturday. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Are the clubhouse facilities actually used? How practical is the security system?
What's the realistic rental yield for a 2BHK in S R Sukhavas Residences, Mohali? I'm honestly fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again, and I'm finally taking the plunge to buy. I've been eyeing S R Sukhavas, looks promising on paper for investment. But what's the ground reality for rental income there? Are people actually getting decent monthly returns, say 25-30k for a 2BHK? I'm also wondering about capital appreciation. Has the price moved much since launch, or is most of the upside already gone? Not sure if it's the right time to enter. And what about liquidity? Who will buy these units from an investor in 5-7 years? Any thoughts on the resale market for S R Sukhavas specifically?
My kids have finally moved out, so we're selling the big house and looking for a smaller, manageable flat in Mohali. S R Sukhavas Residences dekh rahe the, proximity to hospital acchi lag rahi hai. But honestly, I'm a bit confused. After living in a kothi for so long, I want a society jahan proper open space ho, low maintenance bhi chahiye. Brochure mein toh gardens aur parks bohot dikhate hain, but real mein kitna green space milta hai wahan? Matlab, sirf dikhane ke liye ya actually walk karne ya baithne ke liye jagah hai? Aur security ka kya scene hai? CCTV coverage kaisa hai, aur visitor management system kitna effective hai? Guards ki quality kaisi hai, sirf gate pe ya andar bhi patrolling hoti hai? Resale of existing property se funds aayenge, toh I want to invest wisely. Is it worth it for peace of mind?
S R Sukhavas Residences mein abhi shift kiya hai. Clubhouse facilities ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein to sab kuch tha, par real mein kitna use hota hai? Investors ke liye tenant attraction ke liye important hai na. Parking allocation bhi lottery-based hai kya? Ya reserved milta hai? Yeh sab resale pe effect karta hai.
Been looking for 6 months now and Mohali prices are wild. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa in S R Sukhavas Residences. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out if the premium for these projects actually pays off long-term. Maintenance charges are a big concern for investors, right? Are they value for money or just high because of fancy brochures? I'm worried about them eating into future rental yield or resale value. Also, how are the security systems in practice there? CCTV coverage, guard quality, visitor management – does it actually deter issues and attract good tenants, or is it just a checklist item? Is the price jump worth it given these ongoing costs? I already have a home loan, so every penny counts. Would appreciate any real-world experiences from S R Sukhavas residents or anyone who's invested there.
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Mohali mein S R Sukhavas Residences dekha tha. Brochure mein amenities kaafi high-fi lag rahi thi, but I work in real estate, so I know marketing ka game. Possession ke baad I'm hearing stories about promised amenities vs actual delivery. Woh fancy clubhouse, swimming pool, gym – kya woh sab sirf brochure tak hi limited hain ya actually use hote hain? Aur maintenance charges itne high hain, but security aur common area cleaning ka service quality kaafi suspect lag raha hai. Kya S R Sukhavas mein bhi yeh sab jhol hai? Any current residents can share their experience? Honestly not sure if the premium is worth it. Off the record, I'm just tired of the marketing spiel.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Mohali. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing S R Sukhavas Residences. Do their promised amenities deliver? Is that premium justified for future resale and tenant attraction? Already have a home loan.
Is S R Sukhavas Residences construction quality really that bad after a year? I'm fed up of renting, finally looking to buy, but hearing about early cracks and seepage is concerning. Maintenance charges are high, but does the service actually match? Don't want to regret my first home purchase. Anyone living there facing similar issues?
My lease ends in 6 months and I'm seriously looking at S R Sukhavas Residences for a 3BHK. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56, so it's a big jump, and I already have a home loan. Everyone glorifies the amenities here – clubhouses, pools, gym. But honestly, kitne log actually use karte hain regularly? Is it just for show, to justify the premium? I feel like good layouts and actual community vibe are more important than an Olympic-sized pool no one swims in. Real residents, do you *actually* use these daily? What are the maintenance charges for them? Change my mind.
