Hey guys, I'm confused between Radicon Vedantam and VKG Central Park Apartment in Noida. Radicon is ready to move, but VKG Central Park Apartment ka location bhi achha hai. Fed up of renting! Landlord raised rent *again*. I'm looking at Skytech Matrott and Radicon Vedantam. Skytech is complete, so no possession risk, right? But Radicon Vedantam seems cheaper per sqft. Is it worth saving a few lakhs but risking builder delays? Also, which one has better metro connectivity for daily commute? What do you guys think?

Just moved into Radicon Vedantam after possession in March. Things nobody told me: maintenance is way higher than quoted! Unitech UGCC Burgundy looks fancy, but at that price point, is it really worth it? Heard resale values aren't great. Anyone compared the carpet area efficiency between the two? And honestly, is the metro connectivity from Vedantam as good as advertised? Am I missing something?
