Hey guys, I'm confused! Looking at property in Noida. Supertech 34 Pavilion is ready to move, sahi hai. But Sai Elite Galaxy, I've heard mixed reviews. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one is better for investment? I'm thinking 5-year appreciation. Also, carpet area efficiency matters to me. Which one gives more usable space, yaar? Supertech's price is higher, but is it worth it? Has anyone experienced the maintenance charges in Supertech 34 Pavilion? Mujhe advice chahiye. I don't want ghost society risk. What do you think?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm getting confused looking at different projects. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm looking at Sai Elite Galaxy and JKG Palm Court. Palm Court mein toh prices are like 75L to 1.4Cr, is that price jump really worth it though? Has anyone actually lived in either of these? I'm already paying an EMI, so the total cost is a big factor for me. Which one offers better carpet area per rupee spent? Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about the builder trust factor for these projects? Finally, resale value wise, which one is a better bet for the future, considering I might need to sell in 5-6 years?
