Unnati Fortune World vs SM Skycon Heights: Which is better?
Guys, Unnati and SM Skycon, Noida mein, which one's a better investment? Skycon is ready to move, but what about construction quality? Unnati ka location bhi theek hai? Kya bolte ho, doston?
Ready to move projects: SM Skycon vs Jaypee?
Has anyone compared Skycon Heights and Jaypee Augusta Town Home? I'm downsizing now that the kids have moved out. Which has lower maintenance and better elevator access? Should I prioritize resale value?
SM Skycon Heights is a trap for first-time buyers.
SM Skycon Heights looks cheap at first glance, right? But that ₹10.85L advertised price? Total BS. I visited and after adding everything – PLC, parking, this 'development charge' nobody tells you about – it nearly doubles. Grisha Orchid Prime seems expensive initially at ₹46.69L, but tbh, it might be less of a headache overall. Anyone else feel like Skycon is just nickel and diming you to death? I'm also worried about the carpet area in Skycon. Feels smaller than advertised. Plus, Grisha is ready to move, so no risk of delays. Is Skycon worth the supposed 'savings' when you factor in all this hidden cost? Just venting, honestly. Share your experiences if you've dealt with either builder.
Brickland Harit Heights ya SM Skycon Heights? Confused!
SM Skycon Heights is ready to move, sahi hai. But is Brickland Harit Heights worth the wait for potentially better appreciation? Everyone glorifies ready possession, but nobody talks about the extra cost. Plus, I heard carpet area in SM Skycon is less. I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again! Which one has better resale value down the line? Change my mind, Noida experts!
SM Skycon Heights ya Golden Nest 2: Which one, Noida?
Golden Nest 2 ka price is fixed, but Skycon mein PLC charges kitne lagenge? Carpet area bhi toh matter karta hai. Which is better for family, honestly not sure.
Ready to move is the only way to go in Noida, fight me
I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN! I'm finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at ready-to-move options. Jaypee Augusta Town Home vs SM Skycon Heights... anyone has experience? Skycon seems cheap, but is it cheap for a reason? Augusta is safer, right? Need advice!
Selling bada ghar, downsizing in Noida. Help choose?
Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore, so resale chal raha hai. I'm looking at SM Skycon Heights and Jaypee Augusta Town Home. Skycon is cheaper, but I'm worried about the carpet area. Jaypee is ready to move, which is a plus, but thoda expensive lag raha hai. Maintenance charges mein bhi difference hai kya? Honestly not sure which one to go for. Both are in Noida, which is important. Main priority is a good society and elevator, since I'm getting older. Which has better resale value down the line? What do you guys think? Should I prioritize ready to move or lower price? What would you pick?
Vihaan 107 or SM Skycon Heights: which one, community?
Fed up of renting. Vihaan 107 is ready to move, but SM Skycon Heights is way cheaper. Carpet area wise, which gives better space, guys? Also, resale value ka kya scene hai?
Unitech Unihomes 2 vs SM Skycon: Which is better?
I'm looking at Unitech Unihomes 2 and SM Skycon Heights in Noida. Both are ready to move, which is great. What do you think about the location of each? Is Unitech's location better connected? SM Skycon seems more affordable, but is the construction quality comparable? Kya kisi ne dono projects mein visit kiya hai? Which one offers better value for money considering amenities and future appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone invested in either? What's your take?
SM Skycon vs Maxblis White House: Which is better?
Guys, I'm thinking of buying a ready-to-move property in Noida. I've shortlisted SM Skycon Heights and Maxblis White House. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one offers better ROI? Maxblis is pricier, but is it worth it? Has anyone experienced the construction quality of either? Also, what about the amenities? Which one has better facilities, like a swimming pool and gym? I'm also concerned about location and connectivity. Which project is closer to the metro or easily accessible? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think? Any insights on resale value? Which one would you recommend for investment purposes in Noida? Not sure which to choose, so looking for feedback!
