Garhi Chaukhandi, Sector 121, Noida
Fed up of renting, I'm finally taking the plunge into Greater Noida property. Marshal Green View apartments caught my eye, especially being completed at ₹40-46L. What's the real rental yield like there? Is the secondary market active for resale? Worried about capital appreciation, it's been around for a while. Any insights on exit strategy?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Greater Noida, Marshal Green View is on my list. As an investor, I'm worried about long-term utility issues. How reliable is the power backup – full flat or just common areas? And what's the real water supply situation? Does tanker dependency affect tenant attraction or resale?
Everyone glorifies Marshal Green View's completed status, but I'm genuinely skeptical about its daily livability. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 12 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here, but the price tag for a 'completed' project feels high if it's not genuinely good. What's the real scene with the amenities? Are they actually functional and well-maintained, or just for show like so many other projects? I'm worried about the society vibe too; is it friendly or just people keeping to themselves? My budget is around ₹45L, and I've already got a home loan, so I need this move to be an actual upgrade, not just a bigger space with hidden headaches. Honestly not sure if it's worth the premium over other options. Change my mind.
Last year, after selling our big house, we're now looking for a smaller, manageable flat. Marshal Green View interested kar raha hai. Brochure mein toh full power backup aur 24/7 water supply ka promise hai. But ground reality kya hai? Senior citizens ke liye full flat backup bahut zaroori hai, common area lights se kaam nahi chalega. Water pressure aur tanker dependency ka kya scene hai? Anyone living there, please share your experience.
Marshal Green View mein power backup ka kya scene hai? Full flat backup milta hai ya bas common areas? Builder claims toh bahut karte hain, but ground reality kya hai? Aur water supply kitni reliable hai, tanker dependency toh nahi hai na? Ek friend ne bataya uske project mein elevator issues hain. Yahan ka experience kaisa hai?
Marshal Green View — I'm looking at a unit there, but as someone in real estate, I know brochure promises are different. Power backup ka kya scene hai? Full flat backup ya sirf common areas? Aur water supply, tanker pe depend karta hai kya? Builders don't tell you the real picture. Elevator maintenance response time bhi important hai.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. Marshal Green View looks interesting, but I'm worried about long-term utility issues. Does full power backup mean the entire flat, or just common areas? And water supply reliability—is tanker dependency a real concern there? It impacts tenant retention and resale value, honestly not sure.
Marshal Green View mein construction quality ka kya scene hai after 1-2 years? I'm looking at a unit for investment, and honestly, snag list issues can really kill resale value and tenant attraction. Builders promise a lot for amenities, but actual delivery aur maintenance ka kya hai? Does the clubhouse actually get used, ya bas show-off hai? My main concern is long-term ROI. Are maintenance charges bilkul worth it for the amenities and services provided? Kya future mein tenant complaints aayengi?
Marshal Green View — just moved in last month, but the water supply is already a headache. Tank capacity feels tiny, we're always dependent on tankers. Did anyone else buying here face similar water issues? What was your experience?
Okay I'll say what no one says — Greater Noida projects, like Marshal Green View, heavily advertise 'top-tier security' but it's mostly for show. My wife's priority is the kids' safety, and honestly, the ground reality is often just a few sleepy guards aur broken CCTVs. We're looking for a 3BHK, and seeing how many societies struggle with basic visitor management ya parking disputes, it makes me wonder. Builders promise full-proof security, but after possession, the actual implementation feels so weak. Meri society mein toh kids' play area bhi unsafe lagta hai. Is it just me ya sabko aisa hi lagta hai? What's the real scene with security systems and safety for children in these big complexes? It's not just about the flat, it's about the whole ecosystem. Change my mind.
