Saw this video of Ivory County in Sector 150, Noida. Those 4/5 BHK apartments look HUGE. But are they really worth the ultra-luxury price they're asking? The video mentioned it's a new launch, so I'm guessing prices are still negotiable. Location seems good, but is Sector 150 really that prime? What's your take on the value for money here?
