Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida from Dubai, but can't visit right now. Need your help! I'm considering Eldeco Aamantran and M3M Jacob and Co. Eldeco is ready to move, which is a plus, but M3M looks super fancy. What do you think about actual carpet area efficiency in both? Do you end up paying a ton extra for 'super area' that's useless?
