Guys, I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Eldeco Sylvan View is luxury, but is it worth the premium? Shaurya Alstonia seems affordable. What's the rental potential for each? Also, builder trust matters. Has anyone experienced delays or hidden costs with either? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

Need a bigger space, kids' school is the priority. Alstonia seems better, but Harit Heights is ready to move. Which offers better resale, honestly? Any experiences?
